		<description>Ugh.  I know that pain very well.  I would get it looked at.  If caught early, you will be great in just a few weeks.  If left alone, the problem can get bad.  Good luck!!!  Ice is always a good thing and working on abs always helps.</description>

		<description>I agree with the Zipster - stop stretching it.  For me, stretching is not a help.  Using the Stick or a roller is much more effective on my injuries.

When my hip was killing me a couple years ago, I had a chiro do Active Release Technique on me.  It seemed to help and I haven&#039;t had a hip injury since.

And endurance athlete&#039;s philosophy should be to get to the start line healthy.  Your first start line is the start of training so taking some easy time now is totally going to pay off!</description>
