I ran a race in Green Bay a few years ago a week before Memorial Day and they had a frost advisory! I can't believe it was in the 30's when I ran early this morning - with XC ski pants and jacket. Now it's in the 60's.... Night and day. I rely on the NWS site especially in the winter when winchills can be dangerous.
