I run with my golden - Sophie. She usually keeps me company during the first 2 mile loop of our neighborhood - then I drop her off at home and head out without her. I have taken her on 5 mile runs - but that is about it. She gets too hot in the summer - but LOVES the colder weather. Getting them out there for a run is great exercise and lets them wear off some of there energy. ;-) Great running buddy! I run with my golden – Sophie.
